Frame

  • 2-column rigid construction with a low-friction double-acting piston.

Load Measurement and Control

  • Load measurement and control are performed between 4% and 100% of the capacity with Class 1 or better accuracy, ensuring highly precise results.

Hydraulic Unit

  • Equipped with an advanced hydraulic unit featuring a multi-piston hydraulic pump driven by an electric motor.
  • Smooth and high-flow performance, fast piston approach speed.
  • Includes a manifold, pressure limit valve, oil tank, and necessary joints and hoses.
  • Load-controlled operation is available for greater testing flexibility.

Control Unit

  • Advanced controller with 5 channels (2 analog, 3 digital).
  • Adjustable constant load increase between 1 kN/sec and 25 kN/sec.
  • Automatic piston release upon sample break.
  • Suitable for simple strength tests and ramp loading.
  • High-frequency 1kHz data acquisition and control for accurate load readings.
  • Special close-loop (PID) control with double loop system.
